If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. When you want to return your purchased item(s) to Beekeepers Toolbox, please send us an email at beekeeperstoolbox@gmail.com and include your order and payment confirmations. We will provide the return details.

 

Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and with the labels attached.

 

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted we will refund your bank account within 14 days.
