Orders are dispatched weekdays, excluding UK Bank Holidays.  Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a UK public holiday). We aim to process your order and dispatch within 1 working day of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order or address.

Beekeepers Toolbox cannot be held responsible for delays to deliveries caused by couriers or any other third party.

 

Free UK Shipping*- via courier service, you should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days from dispatch, we will provide the shipping number and courier once dispatched for your tracking purposes.

 

* Please note the following UK locations may incur an additional shipping charge on items to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and offshore islands.

 

In the instance that a surcharge needs to be charged Beekeepers toolbox will contact the customer within two working days to request payment and once received the parcel will be dispatched.
